CARACTÉRISTIQUES PRINCIPALES

Le robinet à boisseau sphérique entièrement soudée est systématiquement construit avec des matériaux en acier forgé. Les éléments constitutifs du corps sont soudés (pas de boulons et d’écrous), pour éviter toute fuite potentielle du corps.
Le corps forgé de par sa structure régulière et d’épaisseurs constantes permet d’éviter, des cracks, des fissures, et d’ autres défauts que l’on rencontre parfois dans les corps de conception moulé
Le robinet à boisseau sphérique entièrement soudés peut être de conception sphérique ou cylindrique. Habituellement le type sphérique a un seul joint de soudure sur le corps, le type cylindrique en a deux.

  • Les robinets à boisseau sphérique sont conçus conformément à ISO14313, API 6D ;
  • Passage intégral avec faible perte de charge ;
  • Injection possible de « ciment ou autres » en cas d’urgence si une fuite est détectée sur un siège ;

  • Tige et sphère indépendantes ;
  • Presse-étoupe à faible émission fugitive ;
  • Conception sécurité au feu, tige antistatique et anti-éruption ;
  • Fonction de siège de vanne DBB, DIB-1, DIB-2 ;
  • Extension de tige et corps en option.
  • Revêtement optionnel en acier inoxydable sur le corps et sur la surface du siège et / ou de toutes les portées de joints d’étanchéité ;
  • Utilisable pour l’installation souterraine sans corrosion des pièces intérieures, par conséquent, ce type de robinet est idéal pour les pipelines de pétrole et de gaz naturel ;

MAIN FEATURES

Two arch disc are fixed onto the valve body with a spindle on which two torsional springs are equipped for installing the butterfly plate onto the valve body sealing face. MAIN FEATURES

MAIN FEATURES:

The fully-welded ball valve adopts forged material, welded body, instead of bolts and nuts, to aviod any potential leakage from body.
